Kaiseki -Japanese haute cuisine that consists of a series of dishes carefully chosen to highlight the freshest ingredients of each season.
Four courses of kaiseki ranging from ¥6,480 to ¥12,960.

Yuba Course ¥3,996
Yuba is the skin of soya milk that is carefully scooped (skimmed) by a thin bamboo stick. Traditionally eaten by vegetarian Buddhist monks, yuba is one of Kyoto's great specialties.

Other special requests

We can accommodate special requests, food preferences and dietary restrictions, including children's menus and food allergies. Please note that the broth used for most of our dishes is made with bonito (fish).
